Banana, Avocado, and Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 250ml almond milk
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ½ avocado, peeled and sliced
  • A handful of fresh spinach
  • 2 tsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp wheatgrass
  • Squeeze of lime juice

Blend all the ingredients until you have your desired consistency then add a drop of lime juice.

Mixed berry smoothie

Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 250ml almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 pitted date
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
  • A handful of mixed berries

Blend all the ingredients until you have your desired consistency.

Ingredients

  • 250g watermelon
  • A handful of strawberries
  • A handful of ice cubes

Blend all the ingredients until you have your desired consistency. Enjoy served over ice!
